In self-remembrance, one moves from a state of sleep-walking to a truly awakened being. The senses of seeing, hearing, feeling and eating in the non-remembered, self-reality think of ‘me and my’ identity, believing it’s the non-self that is engaged in the doing. But as we begin to identify with our true identity, our higher self, our senses begin to dance in the doing, almost flowing and it becomes a state of being, rather than a state of doing. In this self-remembered state, one begins to flow in life, often creating order out of what appears to be chaos. In the sleep-walking, non-remembered state, we require many plans and in working from this solidified state, we get in the way of our higher selves to enact something magically, it becomes dull and lifeless. You work out of the logical brain in this instance, rather than your creative brain, which simply likes to flow and create. In the self-remembered brain, there is no feeling of tiredness, laziness, or boredom, you are simply being, and doing what appears to arise from the flow. It is in this state, we work aligned with dharma, from a higher will, rather than our self-centered lower. At Bliss Health, we bring our clients to this ‘being’ state from their current ‘doing’ state through all that we offer.
